It is understood, that your operational plans must demonstrate to Cannabis Control Commission that you are a competent applicant who will be capable of operating in a compliant manner while achieving financial success. The Commission is not interested in issuing licenses to entities that are not able to operate in an economically proficient manner. The Commission needs to issue licenses to entities that will help the industry thrive.
